Plus Care - for Clients who need Cueing, Prompting & Reminders

For clients who require a higher level of assistance with various activities of daily living (“ADLs”) as well as reminders and prompting for daily medication routines, Wesley Manor offers “Plus Care."  In addition to the services and amenities offered in our Advantage Care Plan, we will also provide regular “gentle reminders” for dressing,  mealtimes, activities, restroom, personal hygiene, and morning and bedtime routines, as well as assistance with hearing aids, dentures and eyeglasses. Whirlpool baths are available twice a week and, as an added convenience, weekly personal laundry service is also offered free-of-charge to those residents who request it. We will remind our Plus Care clients of their scheduled medication routines, and we will phone or fax orders for prescription drugs to any pharmacy when the client or family member brings the prescription number to The Assisted Living Office with a request to reorder.
